By making a donation to Emildda Health and Development Initiative, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of proven error or unauthorised transactions. All contributions, whether monetary or in-kind, are used to support our charitable activities and projects as outlined in our mission and objectives.

We reserve the right to allocate funds to areas of greatest need to ensure effective use of resources. Donors may, however, specify a preferred cause, and we will make every reasonable effort to honour such requests where possible.

Receipts will be issued for all confirmed donations. Donors are encouraged to keep these for personal records or tax purposes, where applicable. Personal details provided during the donation process will be handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not accept donations obtained through illegal or unethical means.

Emildda Health and Development Initiative is not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect payment details or technical issues beyond our control.
