Every month, millions of girls across communities miss school or important activities simply because they cannot afford sanitary pads. This often leads to embarrassment, low confidence, and even dropping out of school. The Pad a Girl Campaign was created to change this reality, one girl at a time.
Rather than just raising awareness, this campaign takes action. Volunteers, schools, and local partners come together to provide free sanitary pads, educate young girls about menstrual hygiene, and encourage open conversations about periods. By doing so, it breaks the silence and stigma that surround menstruation, helping girls feel confident, clean, and supported.
Joining the Pad a Girl Campaign means being part of something meaningful. Your support ensures that more girls stay in school, maintain their dignity, and grow into empowered women who can chase their dreams without barriers.
Every pad donated is more than a product, it’s a message of care, equality, and opportunity. Together, we can make sure no girl has to choose between her education and her period.
